Personal Training
This is a bespoke service whereby you will receive the most appropriate training plans to achieve your individual goals.
I will design a series of sessions and training plans to help you to adapt your body. This adaptation will improve your cardio vascular fitness, muscle tone, endurance and weight control. This will result in you becoming more physically capable, your body image and wellbeing will be enhanced. I will encourage you to exercise in various ways; swim, bike, run circuit train and weight train. Sessions can be performed in many ways only limited by imagination but will include; free weights, kettlebells, vipr, body weight, TRX, one to one or in groups. My ethos is one of whole body exercise, the body is a machine where all the parts are physically linked .As far as possible movements should be functional. I use a variety of methods and systems and always educate my clients about diet and exercise, so they can make informed life choices. |
